Work Smarter KAA Gent

For Work Smarter 2026, AXIS transformed the business tribune of KAA Gent’s Planet Group Arena into a four-stage event setup.

We started with a 3D GEO scan of the existing stadium structure. That scan gave us the exact spatial data needed to engineer the complete setup and determine how the available space could be used efficiently.

From there, we translated the digital model into one continuous stage construction with four keynote stages, built up from the stadium trench and realised on site.
